Hello I wanted to know how going off your meds worked Mel??? I am tired of Depakote ER 2000mg a day and adavan 1-3 mg per day. I am down to one now at night to sleep. I have gained 10 lbs in the last month, although I have been diagnosed since 2003. I am 42 now. Looking at Fish Oil as an alternative, can u or anyone else help, I have never posted here b4, Party
