My husband has been taking Relora. He hasn't been diagnosed, but he called it anxiety before, and has been taking xanax. He loves the Relora, but of course he doesn't feel he needs it all the time. But I can really tell the difference in the lack of extreme mood swings when he does take it - he usually only takes two per day. I also take it for depression; it works for mania, Depression and anxiety. It lowers cortisol and increases DHEA.
My husband hasn't been diagnosed, but this is working. I have a family history of bipolar and schizophrenia, so I could possibly have a bipolar 5 diagnosis.
I'm also taking Pro-Gest by Emerita, natural progesterone, which has really helped my moods, too.
