There's plenty of research that indicates that Niacin (a B vitamin) can normalize your cholestrol level. Normalize because if it's too high, it will bring it down, or if it's too low, it will raise it.

Go to Google and do a search with key words "Niacin Cholestrol" and you will find plenty of results.

Oh, Niacin comes with a minor side effect, it's called a Niacin flush. Some people can't stand it, I personally like it. It's actually very healthy for you too.
