If you rally need to tone, than
Water Fast wouldn;t work for you,
you would only lose muscle trying to do any weights since you
wouldn;t be getting any protein that is needed to buld the muscle.
I would stay away from cardio during water fast, it's too taxing
on the heart, after all it is a muscle and with no protein it
would only deteriorated because body would use it's own muscle
as a protein source so it would be self-defeating. If you really
need to exercise than maybe you should just do juice drinks with
protein powder, you could do that the whole 4 weeks and you should
lose 10-12
pounds on that and tone but anything beside light walk
during
Water Fast would be too dangerous and you could actually
lose muscle tone instead of gaining it. The best thing I would
suggest is doing 1 week on water, than 3 days on juice, then a
couple of days on raw food and then add protein powder to the juice.
I use whey powder.
