Ok, another question...
I REALLY want to exercise as much as I can while I'm losing weight, because I will be onstage in a bikini. I have to look toned. I know with a month left and 15-20
pounds to lose, losing the weight AND getting toned is a big task, but I was hoping to fast while doing Pilates and hopefully going to the gym for a little cardio if I feel like it. I wasn't sure just what to fast on, because I know I'll need some energy. I've actually gotten firmer just in this last week, after doing Pilates 3 times, and lifting light weights for my arms. I haven't eaten anything, and have been drinking coffee, so that might be why I'm still able to work my muscles, because of the calories from the coffee. I don't know. What I am wondering is whether I should do the MC? Maybe if I'm wanting to exercise, that would be the better option for me. I just can't screw this up. I am risking a lot of time and money for this pageant, and I am so mad at myself for letting my body get into this kind of shape, especially with only a month to go, but now I'm trying to do something about it, and the thought of not exercising for 2 weeks, when all I have are 4 total, makes me a little worried. I also worry about ending the fast too soon, and gaining the weight back, or getting bloated before the pageant. It's so hard to take the plunge into a different method, since I've not done any of these enough to really know what works for my body. Anyway, thanks again for the help!
