if you need energy have some watered down juice. this when fasting gives you a crazy burst of energy. The Master Cleanse lemonade is really good:
2 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
2 tbps grade b organic maple syrup (has to be this kind and then you get vitamins while on the fast)
8 oz of water
1/10 tsp cayenne pepper (to taste and is optional since you are fasting for weighloss not detox. plus the cayenne you might not like the taste)
