Master-Cleanse that works wonders for my skin but something sure does, don't know if it's the cayenne pepper, lemons or maple syrup but my skin is like silk and really quite toned, especially on my tummy (don't forget i've had 3 children) where i expected it to be quite saggy with losing so much weight so quickly but it's good :o)
i'm down to 2 glasses of lemonade a day now, one in the morning and one in the evening, i have 2 tbsps of syrup in each glass plus 2 cups of peppermint tea with 2 tsps of syrup in each cup. the total calorie count for all of these works out at about 250 cals, about the same as your coffee but the difference is with the MC you can still function properly.....yeah the first 3 days'll be hard but with you already fasting on water it'll be easier for you. just a suggestion but if you do decide to swap over i wouldn't weigh yourself for a couple of days as your weight may fluctuate initially with changing, anyway whatever you choose....happy fasting :o)
