I've had the same one for two years and my OBGYN told me that I can have it for 10-15 years, and that only women who have given birth before should use it. The ONLY thing that concerned me was the possiblity of the IUD expelling itself. But you only have to worry about that the first 2-3 months. So I made it and am still love it...
