Thank you for that information, Somer. parasite treatment? Sounds grueling. I can find the instructions here? There are so many posts, it's hard to sift through them all to find what you are looking for. Do you have something you could email me? If so, that would help me out tremendously.
I have been doing the South Beach Diet and have had a little success (5 pounds lost) but I would like to lose between 40-50. I am 6 feet tall, and weigh about 220 right now. What kinds of success have you had doing a juice fast, and how did you feel after it was over? I have read about people being healed of some pretty serious things by doing this. Thank God I don't have any major ailments, but I know by doing this, it can only make me feel better. I truly hope that it cuts my cravings for cigarettes, too. That it something that I am REALLY looking forward to.
