Well, since the last time I posted, I started eating only vegetables, and fruits. Raw, except for in the evenings, when I made a vegetable soup. After 4 days of eating that, I decided to juice fast. I have successfully made it through 3 days, and have lost about 12
pounds so far. Today, I have decided to break my fast. I plan on eating only fruits and veggies probably until the weekend, and then do another fast, only go for four days. The only discomfort I had was a minor headace, and being a little tired.
I tell you what, though, I feel so good, and only after these three days, I am already able to fit into clothes that I have not worn in a while.
I am still smoking,but not as much.
Just thought I would keep you updated, I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT THIS NEW KNOWLEDGE ABOUT MY BODY, AND WHAT A PERSON CAN DO TO GET THEMSELVES HEALTHY!!! :)
