If you are having a magnesium crisis, as is the case with Acne or Diabetes, you simply cannot get the magnesium you need through oral supplements. You must get it through diet and you do this by eliminating magnesium antagonists:
Refined grains
Denatured grains
Gluten
Dairy products (including probiotics and soy products with dairy)
alcohol, drugs, medications
heated (cooked or hot pressed) oils
hydrogenated oils
refined oils
cane sugar, high fructose corn syrup, and artificial sweeteners
cooked eggs (raw is ok)
inorganic meats, luncheon meats, pork, and beef
