Re: Hormone related acne

You are flushing your liver in order to ger rid of toxic bile ... stones are just one of the reasons ...

You don't have to get any stones out ... still with every flush you can get a lot of bile out from your system.

Through the bile, the liver is able to excrete and remove certain drugs and heavy metals such as mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), arsenic (As), chromium (Cr), thallium (Tl), lead (Pb), copper, selenium, zinc ...

Liver filters over a liter of blood per minute and produces from 1 to 1 1/2 quarts of bile each day. In most cases however, the liver operates at only 1/7th of its ability.

The liver is the body's primary 'anti-pollution' organ.
It is in charge of removing potential toxins from the blood stream.
It cleanses poisons, toxins, and excessive build up of wastes.
It breaks down poisons from alcohol, soda, hair sprays and deodorants. One key responsibility is regulating the metabolism.

Liver is breaking down or transforming substances like ammonia, metabolic waste, drugs, alcohol and chemicals, so that they can be excreted. These may also be referred to as "xenobiotic" chemicals.

It is also responsible for the formation of most of the blood's clotting agents.

The liver aids in the digestive process.

Liver is the primary metabolic organ for proteins, fats and carbohydrates

It has almost detergent like abilities to break up saturated fats and oils making it possible to eliminate them.

Your liver also repackages the fat you eat into a variety of compounds called lipoproteins.

Heavy metals originate within the Earth. However, we have opened Pandora’s Box by spreading these toxic metals throughout our environment. As levels rise in our air, water, and topsoil, they also rise within our bodies, contributing to chronic diseases, learning disorders, cancer, dementia, and premature aging.

The heavy metals most often implicated in human poisoning are lead, mercury, arsenic, and cadmium. Some heavy metals, such as zinc, copper, chromium, iron, and manganese, are required by the body in small amounts, but these same elements can be toxic in larger quantities. Once in the body, they compete with and displace essential minerals such as zinc, copper, magnesium, and calcium, and interfere with organ system function. Toxic heavy metals may lead to a decline in the mental, cognitive, and physical health of the individual.

Heavy metals poison us by disrupting our cellular enzymes, which run on nutritional minerals such as magnesium, zinc, and selenium. Toxic metals kick out the nutrients and bind their receptor sites, causing diffuse symptoms by affecting nerves, hormones, digestion, and immune function.

- Magnesium protects us from aluminum
- Amino acids, calcium, iodine, selenium, vitamin C, and zinc protest us from arsenic.
- Amino acids, calcium, vitamin C and zinc protect us from cadmium.
- Amino acids, calcium, iron, Vitamin C, vitamin e, and zinc protect us from lead.
- Amino acids, pectin selenium, and vitamin C protect us from mercury.
- Vitamin C, molybdenum and sulfur-containing amino acids( cysteine and taurine) chelate copper.
