The reason why I was stressing on the Sugar factor was that the person I wrote too was suffering with yeast infections. However, as a general rule you do want to eat NATURAL Sugar moderately. We all have a different capacity at handling sugar. And most of us all have to some degree yeast overgrowth. Yeast love sugar, even natural sugar. But natural Sugar is better than refined sugar (cola, candy, etc.) Refined sugar is out of the question. Although Carrots is loaded with sugar, I think that the benefits outweigh that negative aspect--Just don't go overboard! Listen to your body. I personally love juicing carrots and beets--I think it is worth it. Again, everyone is different.
