Thanks for your response. I have taking colon cleansing every few days to help get rid of the waste. I have noticed that since I've changed my diet to rice and miso soup I don't have BMs every day. I used to every morning like clock work.
This week I haven't lost any more weight this week. I had gained a few few pounds back in the beginning of the week and now i lost those back.... I would think on such a restricted diet I would be losing more weight or at least some more this week. But it's frustrating to think I could be eating anything I'd like instead of dieting and not losing weight. I am not doing this for only weight loss but to get healthier. However I have measured myself and I've lost inches or portions of inches but gained in some other places...
I haven't given up yet. I know this way of eating must be good for me.
