on the macrobiotic diet. I'm feeling ok but it's when my room mates are cooking all sorts of good smelling dishes.
i'm pretty sick of brown rice and miso soup. Sometimes I'd rather eat nothing then eat the rice... but I have to eat it.
At least I'm making progress. Only 30 or so pounds to go. I need to set a goal but I don't want to say 120 and I feel like I look good at 130. I used to weigh 105 about 10 years ago but I don't think I will need to get that low again.
