I have been avoiding bread, while still baking for the family. I sure miss it, though! I have seen almost immediate reactions to my eating corn (tortillas and fritos) so I am avoiding that, too. I used to watch Doug Kaufman, who is a fungus specialist.That is scary stuff! I guess at this point I just wish I knew *for sure* what this is. Some days it's improved, and some days I can't stand the itching and inflamation. Yesterday someone at the cleansing forum I just found suggested skin parasites! YUCK.
