You have really blessed me with your upbeat attitude. I was really low a few days ago after that conversation with my sister. My Mom is just as bad in a different way, though, being terrified of every little thing in the world being dangerous to us, so she is always criticizing everything I do. Oh well, I am a big girl :) so I can take care of myself. My main source of confusion now is this...and forgive me for tying up this board with *myself*! I have read many, many highly regarded sources on diet. After my cleanse is behind me, I will need to know how to continue to eat (ha ha). There are huge proponents of vegetarianism/macrobiotics, and there are also huge fans of meat-for-quality-protein folks as well. I just don't know exactly how to eat. I want to be well. I want to feel younger and full of energy again. I also want to cook the right way for my precious family (4 daughters). Apparently my ideas of healthy cooking haven't been great. I grind wheat, put a fresh veggie in every meal, make most things from scratch. My skin is a living testimony that something is not right. Oh well, I will keep reading. Today my hands are itcy but looking a little better. Perhaps eliminating corn is working. I hope to be a *new woman* at the end of the cleanse! Blessings to you, and thank you so much for your support.
