If you are eating grains, then I definitely wouldn't stop taking coconut oil. Grains have been known to be one of the top foods that have mycotoxins (a type of fungal). Coconut oil is an anti-fungal that may possibly help fight against the mycotoxins. Perhaps you should lay off the grains; they may be causing bloating. Try eating just lean meat, fresh veggies, fruits, nuts, seeds, and water.
