You seem to be doing all the right things and "well done you"!
Perhaps, on the outside, there is not much showing but I'm sure that on the inside there is alot going on. Your cholesterol count is probably down for a start although you are eating a "saturated" fat! Metabolism might be changing to bring your body fat in ratio and your skin, hair and nails might surprise you.
As for losing weight, why not try the "masters Cleanse" for 10 days or so to cleanse the bowel and kidneys. Thewn maybe a liver flush?
