I meant to leave mine on for an hour but I fell asleep (with a towel covering my pillow) and so the oil was left on my hair all night! It was super easy to wash off, and I didn't use any creme rinse, but my hair still felt great - soft and shiny. I used the cheaper oil - I think I'll splurge and use the virgin oil next time! I can't bear to use it up too quickly though! It's funny - my husband comments about the price of it, but I don't hardly ever buy makeup, I cut my own hair, and don't get the monthly manicures and pedicures that all of my friends get....my friends spend at least 150.00 -200.00 a month on beauty products and treatments and makeup, so I don't care one bit about spending 20.00 every month or so for me. It's the one thing I will never give up!
