Thanks for your help! I just finished the morning SWF (i hope I never get to the mindset where that becomes the high point of my day!) and am off to do some errands - which include Chamomile Health Food store and various accoutrements for this thing I'm doing (now on day 7 - me! on day 7!).
So that's all good info. I have no choice but to sit during the week, but your idea on movement is a good one. I have a lot of computer work to do, but I think I'll do some housework etc instead.
I do have the cayenne in gel caps - I drop two in each blender (I cause of the spirulina). It doesn't phase me to drink it, but the residue on my lips makes me aware of how much is in there! Also, a dash of olive oil in the lemonade - good idea.
I am doing the smooth move, but hopsino and you both brought the obvious to the forefront of my awareness: all that fiber in the flaxseed is great - but it's just stopping me up if I'm not keeping myself flushed with water. So I'll drop that stuff out of the picture today.
