I Long To Poop! (a serious post!)
Hey all:
There's a point to this MC, right? To clean our little bowel tracts out and be glowingly healthy? A CLEAN bowel is a HEALTHY bowel, no?
So here I am on Day 6. Mildly coated white tongue. Silt and some mucus on my SWF this morning and yesterday. Not a whole lot happenin' out of me other than that. Ho hum. Time to amp it up before I get (any) tired(er) of this drink. Here's what I'm ingesting:
- SWF - FULL and VERY WARM WATER both day 5 and day 6.
- 4 cayenne capsules/day at 550 mgs and 40K BTUs
- 4 - or was it 5 today? - B&P shakes
- smooth move tea every evening (currently following it up with a mug of hot water)
Tummy's makin's rumbly noises. I'm not even PEEING like I did the first two days (about 8 - 10 glasses/day). Is it the spirulina? Is it the Master Detox 4-step pill program I did for 30 days about 30 days ago?
H. Clark says if you are alternating diarrhea with constipation, you are SERIOUSLY BACKED UP. There's GOTTA still be stuff in there! I just read Hopsino's suggestion on a warm water enema.....we all know what warm water did going down my throat after 5 days......maybe I'll just "eliminate" (hehehehehhehehe) the middle step.
Oh, I forgot. I STILL have this poochy tummy. It is WAY to big for the rest of my body. Poop? Parasites? Gallstones? But forums advise bowel before parasite, and parasite before liver cleanse.
I've got a whole empty weekend with nothing to do but POOP - POOP - POOP! HOW'S DO I MAKE IT HAPPEN???????????? (Any and all advice greatly appreciated!) Thanks in advance -
