His PhD is
from a distance learning school in California and several States refuse to
recognize their degrees.

Web sites that support his views may want to consider whether they should
continue to use either of those designations after his name when they quote
him. He has had no training as far as I can tell that would allow him to
make any scientific or medical claims.
