the motivation for vegetables for me, is that i know they help clean out the bowel, and that i can't eat just fruits because there are vitamins and minerals in greens that aren't in fruits. the ideas of mixing the drink with things to make them taste better is good, but i believe that the more days you drink veggies, the more your body will crave them if you skip a day. i have had this happen with pecans, with my body reminding me by giving me a craving. i too have not started with greens, because fruits seem to be more available, plus juicers are expensive.
