You should eat the whole egg. It's much better for you that way. Don't worry about cholesterol. I absolutely love hard boiled eggs! With a little Sea Salt and cayenne pepper....YUM! It's best to get free range omega rich eggs. They are sold in the grocery store so that makes it convenient. I buy Eggland's Best. So how did your Candida test go? Do you have to wait for the results?
