Re: Thanks, are those the only methods?
A couple things:
1) Obviously make sure you are well hydrated and taking in enough water. It never hurts to add some MSM to the diet to help the cell permability so they can flush out metabolic waste. That is the very basic level of function before the lymph system carries it away.
2) Make sure you have clean and efficient colon function seeing as this is where the lymph finally gets dumped for disposal. In the Robert Gray book skin brushing is part of the colon cleansing package and you can see an increase in your bm's when you are using the holistic horizons bulking agent and start skin brushing.
3) You object to cold showers - well, the good thing about doing the hot/cold alternating showers is that after a few cycles, your senses in your skin become so confused by the temp change you don't really feel anything anymore. It's really quite invigorating and relaxing at the same time (?) - hard to describe without actually experiencing it. I use a shower at the gym I go to and it is like standing under a fire hose - I love it!
I would think if you are rebounding and brushing on a daily basis, the 1 week hot/cold you do would be sufficient.
