Start off slow with the rebounding and build up to thirty minutes a day. Do two sessions a day if you can. You can do this to music. I have a John Phillips Sousa March CD that I use. It is kind of fun actually.
Use the dry skin brush in morning and evening both if you can. Once a day is good, twice is better. Your skin needs to be dry so I would suggest this before you rebound, so your skin is not wet with sweat. You can use the brush, then rebound and then take a shower.
There are different ideas about this hot cold showering. I have tried it. My own theory is to use about three minutes of hot followed by a couple minutes of cold. I go until the hot water runs out and finish with cold water. Do a few changes of water temperature. I would suggest to do it as long as you can stand it. I have also heard that some people go about a minute with hot and a minute with cold. I guess any way you do it would be better than not doing it at all ? The idea is that the hot water makes the blood come to the surface of the skin and the cold drives the blood into the core of you body, to nourish the internal organs with oxygen.
