i have always hated a cold shower... i had been going to take a sauna once a week and alternating time in the sauna with a cold plunge pool that they have, in order to do the same process of getting the circulation going.
do you think once a week would be enough with the cold plunge, if i do the rebounding and dry skin brushing every day?
also - are there any other things i should be doing that i don't know about/haven't mentioned?
