Recently Andreas suggested i have congested lymph.
What is the best thing to do?
I have bought an inexpensive rebounder. How many minutes a day should I use it? I am in fairly good physical shape, although 20 lbs overweight and have bad edema (swelling) in my lower legs and pain on bottom of my feed.
I have also read about
-lymph drainage massages
- hot/cold showers
- dry skin brushing
What is the most effective and how many minutes a day do you bounce, brush, and shower?
