Does anyone think this would work also? (see link below) Brenda Dygraf's Lateral Thigh Trainer. I had a rebounder/mini trampoline several years ago but then got rid of it (I wasn't as much into health, nutrition, etc as I am now). I used my Lateral Thigh Trainer yesterday. It seems to me the motions are the basically the same - still up and down gently - with the difference being your legs are working more with the LTT.
Just thought I'd post this and see if anyone has strong feelings about why this exercise isn't/couldn't be comparable to using a rebounder.
