Rebounders are great, i have one in my living room as well.

I have just had the lymph nodes taken out of each groin 3 weeks ago, so we will see if it really does what they say it does.

Another thing i do is, i take my 5 lb. free weights in my hands and i use them on the rebounder while i bounce up and down.

That should add more strength and muscle.
