What about using a slant board?


Wouldn't that get things moving from the feet upwards? I have been body brushing and rebounding for 2 years and I don't notice any difference in my health. I am healthy and have had no problems nor am I on any medications. I have always had good health. But I have spent 50 years on the SAD diet and know that things could probably be better.

How do you know if your lymph is moving?
