How many springs have you broken? I seem to break 1/month in the winter time, and 1 every two months in the summer time.
I have been rebounding for years now, and I would not trade it for any other piece of equipment.
I have a question unrelated to rebounding, but I read in another post of yours that you eat the same foods day in and out? I tend to do the same. What are your foods? I am really curious.
