Re: Rebounding: A superior exercise for the lymph system

Hi Yugo,

My name is Donna and I am a certified lymphologist and I would not recommend an inexpensive walmart rebounder. They are so stiff that they cause joint problems for many people. I bought one years ago before I was a CL and used it three days and had to get rid of it as it caused such severe lower back pain. I have met quite a few other people who had the same type of experience. Of course there are always exceptions. . .that guy who thinks they are great and it doesn't bother HIM. But for the general population, they really can cause damage.

There is a world of difference between the cheap ones and the pricey models. Many say that the cheap ones are like jumping on cement compared to the better made units. I would have to agree. They jar your skeleton. Where as the better made units absorb the shock and actually cause joints to heal. Big difference.

Many Blessings
Donna
