Re: The Da Vinci Code & NDE

"What to leave in...What to leave out," all I know is that every second of Yahshua's life is not recorded by Matthew, Mark, Luke, & John and a married Jesus might have been left out to make it match whatever agenda of those who decided what to leave in and what to leave out. What their motivation were, I can only guess but guessing, I would conjecture that they left out anything that bucked the sytem they were working with at the time. In my NDE, I was neither male nor female, and neither was God...and neither was Jesus... It seems to me that the messages emphasized in the dogma of my faith about helping widows and orphans and the parts about loving one's neighbors doesn't seem to get much air play and to me is the most meaningful part of any Holy text. I just don't think it is taht important if Jesus was married or not. That said, I believe the water to wine miracle clearly is a story of Jesus(The Groom) and Mary Magdeline(The Bride). The dogma that says different just doesn't add up. I may not know it from my NDE, but some things I can discern and this is one of them. It is not heresy to believe it...because it is right there... My thoughts are that the disciples may have been a little jealous of Mary's place in relstion to them in their writings... but a married Jesus or unmarried Jesus doesn't make the Jesus in my NDE any less...in fact it makes Jesus a lot more like me...just a guy who figured things out and wanted to tell the world something about love and how sweet God is...
