Have you spoken with your Mother about this situation? Is she fairly independent? If she is well and can get around herself, then she may tell you to go. Or, she may see her own predicament and decide that a move up to Canada might be a good thing.

Also, you may want to sit down, THINK and write out what you would like -- state that you would like to be with your fella so that you can build a new life and that you would like your Mother to be well taken care of. Then, when you have finished your statment, write 'This or something better'. Keep this thought in your head and verbalize it out loud. Ask the Universe or pray over it -- believe that you will get help and you may be pleasantly surprised!

As you are more and more frustrated with being unable to make the move, take care of your Mother, your annoyance with your brother, you are spinning a very negative cocoon for yourself. You need to open up and expect help from God and the Universe and you will receive it.
