Wow, meire, awesome insight...from someone who has walked (or "sang") a little bit in my shoes.

But at least you have a family...children...something I have also wanted as well (as well as the entertainment success).

And what you said about waiting is good, too. But I guess I seek to have that success NOW...while my Mom is alive...so at least she can say when she sees me on TV, "That's MY SON!"

Then again, it comes back to what my friend said, "Don't you think your Mom would rather have YOU" (in her life - than see me on TV or have me buy her the things that I think money and fame would allow for me to do for her)....
