Rudenski...your awareness of yourself is admirable! And I think that you will succeed where you want to succeed. You know where you want to go (be healthy in mind, body and soul....and that includes being able to have relationships), so keep that thought/direction in your Being and ask for Guidance and the path towards all this healing and health will open right up. Sounds like it already has!
