Fecal odor i cannot smell.....

Ok heres the problem, i first noticed this probally back when i was a sophmore in high school. Somone behind me was talking about it, then he said "did you fart or something" i said no and he told me he smells something really bad like a fart coming from me. I was paranoid from that moment on, i have never smelled this myself. My underarms smell like any other underarms when i sweat, and my groin smells well, normal. The only time ive noticed any "fart" smell is when i was messing with my belly button and i for some reason smelled my finger tip. It smelled like I just handled a piece of poo. I bathe 2 times a day, once in the morning and once after work, i have tried tons of deodorants, body sprays and endless amounts of cologne. Ive noticed a changed in my friends attitude around me after about an hour or so after showering. They seem to kind of stay away or not sit next to me when hanging out. Stuff like that, just little things, ive even noticed girls at stores saying " man did you smell that, someone ripped one".

Its annoying to say the least, i dont let it keep me down i still go out and try to have fun but i stay away from close encounters like at bars, and things of that sort.

I havent talked to a doctor about this because of embarassment, i havent even asked my friends if i smell because its just awkward, they dont poke fun at me and dont make it to obvious that something smells around me so i figured thats good enough for me, they are good enough to still treat me normally. I typed in "fecal Body Odor " and this site popped up first.
