Hello :) What a wonderful thing to wait for each other! :) We did as well, and it was wonderful to learn together to make love. A book we bought, Mars and Venus in the Bedroom by John Gray, was wonderful and we enjoyed it very much. We would read it together each night and talk about what we read, and I would most highly, highly recommend it to you. It covers every question you asked, and more.
And do not worry, we were married for quite sometime before I had an orgasm--it is just learning and being together. My husband also too used to be very quick for his part, but we have been married almost 6 years now and he can go longer than I want to now! :) Up to 2 hours sometimes even.
