Re: I am taking both CGC and CB

I just got them from sensiblehealth and they said I could take them the same day, unless I felt pain n my liver, then to stop and alternate days. I am taking CB in the morning before BF and GCG before I eat lunch. It has only been 3 days, though... so nothing to report other than symptoms I don't think could be related.

My liver has felt fine. Last night I had a few tiny tan and green stones... almost like peices of stones.

I am also taking a liver support product from a company called Himalayausa and am hoping that I am doing enough to help my liver as I clean it out. I am doing my first flush on the CB and GCG next friday and will report back if it helps that since on the last flush (my first) I was not taking them.
