She suggests to take CB in the morning or before lunch ( that's when Julia takes it ), the fem mate in the evening. I used to take Gold Coin Grass before, it definitely does break down stones. My mother is taking it now, after having had a severe gall bladder attack. No more attacks since she started the GCG!
