Couldn't have said it better and can relate to your experience. I'm going on two years of intense cleansings myself every single day and still getting weird "stuff" out...but, as you indicated, since we've gone many years without much internal cleansing, what's 2 little years compared to that? Just think how nasty we'd all be if we treated our external hygiene with such neglect.
