Wow! well dont feel discouraged - Ascarius is a common parasite- more than people realize. Many have these worms and have no clue they have them til something like that happens.!

Who knows, maybe I even have some in me- and wont know til they do an autopsy one day.

You are on the right track- if that worm didnt like staying in your body, you're doing the right protocols.. Keep it up.
