To correct our ph balance means eating lots more raw fruits and veggies- more raw nuts and seeds-as compared to meat and dairy.
Preferrably cutting out all meat and dairy-- but not many can not do that- so if one must have meat, only eat the amount of meat the size of a deck of cards.
Apple Cidar Vinegar (the best is the type that's cloudy and still has the "mother" in it- Bragg's Applecider is an example) is a great alkalizer.-- It even eases acid reflux!
