Greetings,
Yes, you may certainly eat when doing a Schulze bowel cleanse. Of course, (it just makes sense) that anytime you can burden the body and digestive tract with less food for processing, the more energy it will have for cleansing itself.
Also, make SURE the recommended quantity of pure water is consumed when doing ANY cleanse (especially the IF#2 portion of the Schulze cleanse).
