I am looking into a caster Oil Enema . Upon reading another website (www.puristat.com/constipation/castoroil.aspx) it states that one should not do a castor Oil Enema if you suffer from "intestinal blockage....". Which is diametrically opposed to your advice?

I have a serious constipation problem. I have already tried a melon enema, which only cleared me up a little bit.
