Sorry about my attitude everyone - I lie awake at night at wits end at what else to do, and after several years of trying so many things, I'm run into the ground. By now I laugh at ideas that are supposed to help and think "sure - I'll just go ahead and try that one again, since I haven't tried it in a few months - even though by now I know it won't work".
A more healthy mind set that I'll try to adopt is just to do the steps again, without having an opinion as to whether it will work or not - since I can't have an outright optomistic one, at least I'll just go about it matter of factly without a pessimistic one.
Thanks for suggestions. Next I'll try colonics again (If I can find in this small town) - a series of them.
