Thanks! Yep, I hardly ever went on my own- almost never. I had to use laxatives like Correctol -- and I knew they weren't great for me so I didn't use them often ( now I know they are AWFUL for you! ) I am still having problems but thank God I am learning how to take care of myself!
Aaahhh, the white "snowflakes". Those are indeed candida. I see those a lot in my urine and when I do enemas. I even pass those long white candida rhizome strings when I use apple cider vinegar in them. Thanks for that info- I'll have a nice read shortly when I get more time.
