Well there's so much to know that I couldn't begin to explain it all ( I can't type fast enough :-)) Many folks have a candida problem and don't even know it. It's naturally present in everyon'es body, but some of us unfortunate souls were loaded up with Antibiotics by ingorant doctors. That as well as a handful of other things predisposes one to an overgrowth of it. After having it for some time, it will develop long rhozoids ( roots ) and penetrate your intestinal walls. Then you begin to have malapsorption problems and a whole host of other symptoms. Yes, it's some nasty stuff and VERY hard to regain a natural balance once it's allowed to overgrow. Go over and visit the Candida Forum - many of us have been battling this for years. It's likely yours is not that severe though and some lifestyle changes NOW could keep you healthy. :-)
